Tool Making to Making Time
This study covers a quantum condition in organizations and an intervention so companies can benefit, instead of being disadvantaged by this condition. It’s a more difficult read for those who haven’t participated in an intervention, since the intervention acquaints people with this condition. To quote Richard Feynman from a 1964 lecture, “nobody understands quantum mechanics” (read an excerpt from this lecture). So, should individuals come to believe that they understand the quantum condition in organizations, they have wondered off course, because it takes a sizeable, diverse group (a whole community) to fully grasp this condition.
